Laboratory technician for groundbreaking R&D

 

We are looking for a laboratory technician with a passion for science and a meticulous mindset to expand our professional team! You would join a highly skilled R&D team to further develop and improve our proprietary solubility method. Later on, you would also be involved with analyzing customer samples and maintaining the lab, together with our laboratory team.

The Solubility Company is a preclinical contract research organization providing solubility measurements for international pharma industry. The service analysis is performed using our pioneering image-based single-particle analysis (SPA) method developed at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Helsinki. The Solubility Company was spun off into a stand-alone company in early 2018, after many years of research and development at the University.

 

Our ideal candidate

  • Has vocational qualification in Laboratory technology or a similar degree

  • Is passionate about expanding their skills and knowledge

  • Has a high standard for their work, actively seeking ways to optimize working processes

 

We are a youthful, tight-knit team of highly motivated scientists and career changers who work hard to push the progress of the company and the science behind it. Our facilities are located in Viikki, Helsinki, next to Lahdenväylä, so we are easily accessible by both public transportation and car.
