Helsinki, Finland – The Solubility Company, an innovative preclinical CRO company, has appointed Jussi Hacklin as its Digital Business Advisor. The role will involve working closely with The Solubility Company to expand the ways pharma companies benefit from its proprietary SPATM drug property data in fast-tracking their drugs to the market.
The Solubility Company’s proprietary SPATM technology produces vast amounts of drug physicochemical data for small molecules and peptides across a practically unlimited solute and solvent chemical space. In his role as Digital Business Advisor Jussi Hacklin will utilize his extensive experience to provide expert guidance and strategically support the commercialization of The Solubility Company’s SPATM drug property data.
Jussi Hacklin has broad experience in the software development industry leading multidisciplinary teams. He has worked in product and consultancy companies building global software business around the world. Currently he is Vice President of Technology at Futurice, an international innovation consultancy that helps companies put data to work, rethink customer experiences and design entirely new business models.
The appointment of a Digital Business Advisor is a statement of The Solubility Company’s ambition to reduce attrition in the pharmaceutical pipeline. The Solubility Company’s technology will be applied to address key bottlenecks in pharmaceutical development, such as poor solubility and bioavailability, and enable fast-tracking drugs to the market through earlier informed decision-making.
